We're working with a well-established food manufacturing site looking to strengthen their quality team with a hands-on Quality Assurance Technician.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where quality, consistency, and attention to detail directly impact production performance and customer standards.

What you'll be doing:

* Carrying out routine quality checks across production lines

* Monitoring and verifying CCPs and HACCP controls

* Ensuring compliance with food safety, GMP, and site standards

* Recording and escalating non-conformances

* Supporting internal audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation

* Working closely with production to maintain quality standards under pressure

What we're looking for:

* HACCP Level 3 (essential)

* Food Safety Level 3 (essential)

* Experience within a food manufacturing environment (ambient preferred)

* Strong understanding of GMP and food safety compliance

* A proactive, “go-getter” attitude - someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Comfortable working a Panama shift pattern
