Electrical/Mechanical Field Service Technician - $74,100 + up to $5,000 signing bonus

COMPENSATION FOR ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL FIELD SERVICE TECH
- Up to 74,100 -- Based on $25-$30 per hour according to your experience level.
- $5,000 hiring bonus for field techs with prior compressor experience (or $2,500 hiring bonus if you do NOT have compressor experience)
- Plus an estimated 5 hours per week of overtime.
- Average tech works 5 hours per week of overtime — the equivalent of an extra $11,700/year.

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Drive directly to the customers' locations ( no need to visit home office).
- Entails overnight traveling.
- Lots of autonomy with this position, strong decision-making skills, and direct customer communication.
- 2x/month team meetings at the home office.
