Key Responsibilities:

  Managing landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, and rent reviews.

  Handling real estate disputes, easements, development disputes, and possession actions.

  Advising on property-related professional negligence cases.

  Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering tailored legal solutions.
• 
  Collaborating with colleagues across conveyancing, corporate, and other practice areas.

  Contributing to business development through our exciting programme of client events.

Skills and Requirements:

• 
  Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE (applications from all PQE levels encouraged).
• 
  Strong expertise in property litigation, including landlord-tenant and real estate disputes.
• 
  Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• 
  Proven ability to work independently and as a collaborative relationship builder in a busy setting.
• 
  Enthusiasm for business development and engaging with local and international clients.
