Intro

A leading industrial organisation is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support the safe and reliable operation of a busy gas storage plant. This role focuses on electrical and instrumentation maintenance, fault-finding and ensuring plant availability.

The Role

* Planned & reactive maintenance on LV electrical systems, motors, panels and control equipment

* Instrumentation and control system support (PLC I/O, signals, instrumentation faults)

* ATEX/CompEx equipment inspection and replacement

* Updating CMMS work orders

* Supporting call-outs when required (paid at enhanced rates)

* Assisting with installations, commissioning and contractor oversight

What You'll Need

* Strong electrical maintenance background (5+ years)

* NVQ Level 3 and apprenticeship or equivalent gained in a heavy process or industrial environment

* Some knowledge of instrumentation & control systems

* Experience with HV electrical maintenance would be an advantage

* Industrial/process or hazardous-area experience
