What will your role look like?

A mix of face-to-face interactions, handling incoming calls, and responding to email inquiries
You'll be the go-to person, providing an excellent level of customer care with confidence and finesse
Using a cutting-edge computerised ERP system, you'll process invoices, customer orders, and quotes
Don't worry if you haven't used a similar system before - the company will provide on-site training.
