About the Role:
We're currently looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber/Handyman to join our Facilities team on a contractor basis. This is a varied role with a primary focus on plumbing tasks, but it will also involve general maintenance and handyman duties across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a range of plumbing tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and installations

*

Assisting with day-to-day general maintenance and repair work across the premises

*

Supporting other team members with facilities-related tasks

*

Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

*

Responding promptly to maintenance requests and reporting any issues

About You:

*

Proven experience as a plumber, ideally with broader handyman/maintenance experience

*

A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks

*

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

*

Good communication and teamworking skills

*

Relevant plumbing qualifications/certifications preferred

Contract Details:

*

This is a contractor role, initially for 6 months

*

Working 37 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload

*

Salary up to £30,000 pro-rata
