Business Development Executive - Freight Forwarding
£40,000 - £50,000 + Commission + Car Allowance

As Business Development Executive, you'll be the face of the company; meeting prospects, visiting clients, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-first sales environment and wants real ownership of their success.
The Role:
- Generate new business opportunities across ocean, road, air freight, and customs
- Represent the company at meetings, trade events, and on client sites
- Manage and convert inbound leads while actively sourcing new ones
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide input into commercial strategy and customer engagement plans
You Will Need:
- Previous experience in sales or business development (logistics experience essential)
- Passion for supply chain solutions and a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Willingness to travel to meet clients face-to-face
What You Will Receive:
- A competitive base salary between £40,000 - £50,000
