We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary setting starting immediately. This role is full-time, 5 days per week, and will run initially until Christmas, with the possibility of extension.

Location: Haringey

Key Requirements:

* Must hold an HLTA Certificate (essential)

* Experience supporting EAL learners is highly desirable

* Turkish-speaking candidates are particularly encouraged to apply

* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to lead learning independently

* A proactive, adaptable and positive approach to supporting pupils and staff

Responsibilities Include:

* Delivering planned learning activities to groups or whole classes

* Supporting teachers in assessing and tracking pupil progress

* Providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including EAL

* Contributing to the wider school environment and supporting daily routines
