Working for a leading company in Portbury, my Client is looking to take on an experienced customer service administrator to join their busy team 

Hours are 38 per week with some flexibility on start and finish times. You will sit with a small team of operational staff, and be a pivotal point for customers with processing orders, arranging delivery or their products, calling customers to re-arrange deliveries or re-schedules, reply to questions or queries on email and general office admin support. You will also take internal calls from internal teams to help resolve transport or delivery queries.
