A highly successful and expanding specialist property finance lender is looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Broker / Advisor to join their bridging finance division.

This is a client-facing, deal-making role for a proven professional with a strong understanding of bridging finance, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to structure competitive, compliant solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of bridging finance enquiries from introduction through to completion
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property developers, and investors
• Structure bespoke short-term finance solutions in line with client needs and risk appetite
• Negotiate terms with lenders and ensure competitive outcomes for clients
• Maintain strong knowledge of current market trends, products, and regulations
• Deliver exceptional client service while meeting agreed sales and performance targets
• Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Advisor specialising in bridging finance
• Strong understanding of property development, investment, and short-term lending
• Existing network of introducers and industry contacts (advantageous)
• Excellent negotiation, structuring, and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-value cases in a fast-paced environment
• FCA regulation and compliance knowledge
