Location: Richmond (Fully Office-Based)

Hours: 9am – 5pm

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and detail-focused Business Services Co-ordinator to join their New Business Department on a 6-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced financial services environment where accuracy, service excellence, and strong communication skills are essential.

About the Role

You will play a key part in ensuring that approved proposals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies. Working closely with vendors, dealers, brokers, internal teams, and end users, you will ensure all documentation is fully compliant and ready for payout within agreed timescales.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and validate new business documentation through to payout stage.
  • Liaise with vendors, dealers, brokers, and end users to resolve documentation issues.
  • Confirm delivery and acceptance of equipment where required.
  • Load variable rate deals and cashflows into ALFA.
  • Ensure all deals comply with credit acceptance terms and partner agreements.
  • Prepare and check deals in Engage/ALFA or Vienna/Alfa, enriching data where necessary.
  • Work with Finance regarding deal pricing and booking funds.
  • Perform second checks on deals over £75k.
  • Review and authorise supplier invoices for payout in ALFA.
  • Reconcile agreements before passing them to Finance for payment.
  • Produce welcome letters and manage associated document collation.
  • Manage ancillary documentation such as Notices of Assignment.
  • Support Stocking Facilities via the APAK system.
  • Sign agreements on behalf of the company within authorised limits.
  • Provide general liaison between internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery.
  • Prepare sales performance reports for UK Management and Paris.
  • Assist vendor partners with Engage-related queries.
