RESTAURANT/BAKERY CATERING COORDINATOR NEEDED!!
$12 to $15 Per Hour, Plus Overtime
Catering Managers use your excellent customer service skills to become a part of the well known restaurant/bakery group's team with 15 locations and growing.
Our breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items are created with care to order. Delicious selections made from fresh ingredients that can be enjoyed in the warmth of one of our welcoming locations or to take with you. We ship our pastries to all corners of the country for you to share with friends and family. We are committed to using Michigan products and suppliers whenever possible, and strive to be a “connecting point” in each of our communities.
Our bakers take great pride in crafting each or our pastries by hand and baking them slowly until they are just right.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be fluent in all revenue centers of the restaurant - Bakery and Food Service - while being well versed with the Posi-Touch computer system.
- Acts as immediate support to the General Manager and is responsible for the shop and its overall performance when he or she is not there.
- Takes responsibility for their own performance as well as the overall performance of the shop and its people while supporting the goals and objectives of the GM and the brand.
- Runs successful and profitable shifts while scheduled to do so, managing the business, mood, tone, and atmosphere of the shift.
- Is involved in sales building plans, company marketing initiatives and the execution of those plans with the General Manger.
- Ensures all daily orders are being placed and a par-system is being used.
- Assists in maintaining the physical condition of the building by getting things fixed as they break, ordering supplies as needed, and following daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
- Must be able to teach and delegate these duties, responsibilities, and tasks to Shift Supervisors, Team Leaders, and employees.
