Green Heys is a 39 bed care home based in the heart of Waterloo, Merseyside. We provide specialist nursing care to older people and people living with dementia. We are proud to deliver support in your area, as part of the award-winning national social care charity Community Integrated Care.

Care Assistants with Community Integrated Care you will experience an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling role. Our Care Assistants empower people with support needs to live the lives they want to lead.


As a bank worker you also have the flexibility to choose the hours that you want to work. There is no obligation to work on particular days and you only need accept the shifts that you are able to work.


We want to hear from caring, enthusiastic and dedicated team players with a can-do approach who, as a Care Assistants, will be committed to support people to have a great life through innovative person centred support.



You need to have a caring and patient nature.


We want you to treat the people we support in the same way you would want your parents to be treated.



A lovely service offering person centred care and putting communication at the heart of delivery.



Shift patterns are 07.45am - 2pm or 2pm -10pm

Previous experience is not essential as we provide a comprehensive induction training programme.



Our ideal Care Assistants will be:



- Self-motivated with energy and drive
- Reliable, friendly and caring to support the people we support to achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
- Able to support in house activities and hobbies
- Confident and inspire the person we support to achieve more
- Able to help manage some behaviours that may challenge the norm – we provide training and guidance to enable you to do this
- Comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area
