QA- Monday- Friday
Norfolk- it is a lovely place of the country, picturesque with plenty of countryside to ramble through on the weekends (Yes you'll be off work for all of them throughout the year)!!
Ultimately, when it comes to QA work, you need to find a business that respects food safety and quality and isn't just about the numbers.
As a QA here, you will get full support from senior management to apply the necessary quality standards across the site. You will be working with an amazing technical manager who has really influenced and changed the team for the better over the last few years.
You'll get to work in a factory under a recognised name and with the plans and vision of the business there will be plenty of opportunity to work your way up in the future. Things have just got busy and another pair of hands are needed! They have just onboarding with new customers so that all important security is there.
Your new employer is big on internal promotion too, so even if you want to try your hand in another department, there will be the chance to do so.
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced QA to branch out to a new business and product or a chance for someone who has some food experience looking to become a QA. The team have time to coach and train and invest in the future staff. Could even be a perfect step for a food graduate looking for their first role in the industry! You could already be in the industry but looking to move from production or other areas of the factory.
