About the Role:
* Temp to Perm
* Immediate start
* Monday to Friday/ 8:00am-4:30pm
* Pay: £13.08ph
As a Production Operative, you will be at the heart of a production process, ensuring the preparation of high-quality concrete mixes for our precast products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor concrete mixing equipment to achieve precise formulations.
* Measure and mix raw materials according to specified ratios and requirements.
* Perform quality checks on mixes and make adjustments as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in concrete mixing, manufacturing or a similar environment (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Basic mechanical knowledge of mixing equipment (training provided).
* Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to meet deadlines.
* Physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
