Senior Repairs Administrator - Construction Industry

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for administration? We're looking for a skilled Senior Repairs Administrator to join our construction client's dynamic team in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. This role offers a fast-paced work environment with exciting challenges and opportunities for growth.

Salary & Hours:

* Basic Salary: £30,000 per annum

* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Scheduling & Coordination - Plan engineers' daily tasks, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and tenants are satisfied.

* Administrative Support - Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and respond to phone/email queries.

* Contract Management - Regularly review and update contracts to maintain compliance and reflect evolving business needs.

Repairs Admin Requirements:

* Experience - Minimum 3 years in an administrative role within construction or social housing.

* Customer Service Skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Organisational Expertise - Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep operations running smoothly.

* Attention to Detail - Precision in contract preparation and documentation.

* Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in computer applications.

* Positive Attitude - Enthusiastic and proactive approach to teamwork.
