Are you an experienced multi-drop driver with a CPC licence, ready to step into a lead role? This is a permanent opportunity for a Lead Driver, combining hands-on deliveries with team support and operational responsibility.

The Role:
You'll take ownership on the road, ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently while supporting the wider driver team. This is a key position where you'll lead by example and step into senior responsibilities as required.

Key Duties:

* Completing multi-drop deliveries to a high standard

* Acting as a lead figure for drivers on shift

* Providing excellent customer service

* Manual handling (items averaging around 15kg)

* Ensuring all paperwork and compliance checks are completed accurately

* Supporting driver performance and addressing on-the-road issues

* Liaising with management to maintain smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

* 7.5T or Class 2 licence

* Valid CPC qualification

* Strong multi-drop delivery experience

* Confident supporting and guiding other drivers

* Excellent timekeeping and communication skills

* Ability to make decisions and resolve issues quickly

* Good understanding of health & safety in delivery environments

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
