EDT Qualified SW with AMPH qualification to provide support for Mental health assessments and work alongside the EDT SW team. The working hours are 5pm to 1.30 am Monday to Friday. Sat / Sun / Bank holidays 9pm-5.30 am shift 5pm- 1.30am pm shift.

* Role is to screen requests Mental health Assessments and prioritise out of Hours.

* Undertaking MH assessments out of hours to fulfil the statutory duties of the local authority.

* You must have extensive experience of completing MH assessments, liaising with multi agency partners and working autonomously.
