KONE is looking for an experienced Industrial Doors Engineer to join our service team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and fault-finding of industrial doors and a small amount automatic, ensuring excellent customer service and the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs

*

Diagnose faults efficiently and complete repairs within agreed SLAs

*

Ensure all work is carried out in line with KONE safety standards and quality procedures

*

Build strong relationships with customers, site contacts, and internal teams

*

Accurately complete documentation and reports using digital tools

*

Participate in an on-call rota

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Doors Engineer (Industrial doors essential)

*

Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

*

Knowledge of relevant safety standards and legislation

*

Excellent customer service and communication skills

*

Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively

*

Full UK driving license

*

Qualified in doors
