The Role:
You will take full responsibility for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Experience with commercial conveyancing will be advantageous. You will play a key role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters

Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders

Conduct title checks and property searches

Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation

Provide clear and practical legal advice throughout the transaction process

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience

In-depth understanding of UK property law and conveyancing processes
