As our Office Administrator, you will be essential to keeping our office running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role where your efforts directly influence the efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

To accurately and efficiently process sales orders
Printing of picking lists distribute to despatch department in a timely manner
Accurate daily filing of sales order paperwork
Timely running and processing of EDI system
Maintenance of EDI system, Such as customer acknowledgements
Ordering stationery
Ordering office supplies
Responsible for post
Support the sales team with general admin duties
To be diligent and professional in all dealings for the company and to bring any potential issues to the attention of the respective line manager

Essential Skills & Qualities:

Previous administrative experience
Preferably educated to A level or equivalent
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
Proactive work style
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good IT skills with Microsoft outlook and word adequate
