We're currently seeking an interim Head of People Service Delivery for a six-month assignment with an organisation based in Cambridge. This position will take ownership of the People services function, ensuring HR systems, processes and practices run smoothly, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

You'll lead on driving operational excellence, improving data accuracy, and embedding automation to streamline workflows and enhance manager and employee self-service. The role also plays a key part in maintaining robust governance and ensuring service delivery meets organisational and regulatory standards.
