INTERIM PROPERTY SURVEYOR REQUIRED

Park Avenue are delighted to be working with this London Borough, who require an Interim Property Surveyor (Estates and Asset Management) on a 3 month contract.

The contracts usually get extended at this Borough, and can roll on for years!

Your day to day responsibilities are focused on assisting with the council's strategic assets, alongside general property management - rent reviews, lease renewals, wayleaves, service charges, advising on potential assets for disposal.

The role is hybrid, where you're only required in the office 1 day per week (site inspections can be slotted into this day too!)

MRICS AND PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
