I am working closely with my council client as they seek an experienced Senior Development Contributions Planning Officer on an initial 3-month contract.
 
You will be working on negotiating S106 agreements for large applications; infrastructure, EIA, schools etc and the council will prioritise any candidates with previous experience of negotiating S106 agreements for a county council.
 
The role is remote-based, with fully remote working supported. Office presence is not mandatory.
