We are seeking a Bid Manager to join our successful team. The Bid Manager's purpose is to own and manage the planning phase of commercial opportunities through the collation and preparation of quotation, tender and bid documents as required. Providing timely delivery of technically and commercially compliant winning bids, ensuring liaison with key stakeholders within the AGI organisation to ensure the needs of the customer and the business are balanced to give the best chance of success.

Ideally we are seeking someone with :

BEng or BSc in relevant technical field

Project management qualification

Proven experience in formulating bids

Proven experience in understanding and disseminating

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software solutions

Understanding of commercial business principles, contract law, export control

Experience in understanding Shipley Process
