We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker - Older People/Adults with disabilities/ vulnerable adults within Enfield Council.

Responsibilities include:

Care Act Assessments
Support Planning and Reviews
CHC Assessments
Asylum/NRPF, Transition, Safeguarding
Undertaking comprehensive social care assessments and reports, with detailed support plans, as appropriate.
Knowledge and understanding of Direct Payments using the strength-based approach
Social Worker should have sound knowledge around the continuing health care process and procedure and the legislation that underpins this, including the Decision Support Tools.
Social worker will also need to communicate closely and sensitively with family members of service users.

Work arrangements: Flexible arrangements to include Face to face visits/assessments, Work from Home, and office as required.

Experience preferred:

Post qualifying experience of working in a Qualified Social Worker - Older People position within the UK Social Care industry.

Minimum Requirements:

SWE Registration
1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
Eligibility to work in the UK
