What we're looking for:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants
Experience supporting pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
A kind, nurturing and flexible approach
Confidence supporting the class teacher and leading small group interventions
Enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine love for working with children
Experience supporting SEN is desirable, but not essential
