We're currently looking for a Housing Support Officer to join a friendly, forward-thinking housing team in North West London on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to build on your housing experience and make a real difference in your community.

Job Title: Housing Support Officer
Location: Ealing, North West London
Contract Type: Temporary - 3 months
Rate: £17 - £19hr via Umbrella

Key responsibilities of a Housing Support Officer:
• Provide person- centred support to vulnerable individuals such as ex-offenders, refugees and those dealing with mental health, to help sustain tenancies
• Work closely with local agencies and health services to ensure coordinated support
• Respond safeguarding concerns for vulnerable individuals between multiple HMO's in Ealing
• On site 5 days a week managing around 23 tenants

About You:
• Strong housing knowledge with a good understanding of housing legislation
• Proven experience working as a Housing Support Officer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, tenancy sustainment and local housing systems
• Enhanced up to date DBS
