We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and busy team. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction every day! 😊
🛠 Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers via phone, email, and chat ☎️📧💬
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions quickly and accurately ✅
- Document all interactions, inquiries, and resolutions 📝
- Liaise with stores & internal transport 🚚🏬
- Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, Word) 📊
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 🤝
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment 🌈
⏰ Hours & Flexibility:
- Training: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (first 2 weeks)
- Shift pattern: To be discussed
- Must be flexible across 7 days, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if required 🗓️
- Enhanced rates for weekend work & overtime 💰
⚠️ Note: Holidays are not permitted in busy periods (e.g., December)
🎯 Skills & Experience:
- Proven customer support experience or similar role 👩💼👨💼
- Excellent verbal & written communication ✍️🗣️
- Strong listening & problem-solving skills 🧩
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented 📌
- Remain calm and professional in challenging situations 😌
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤗
