Job Title: Production Supervisor

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations within a busy fabrication and welding environment. The successful candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is a four-day working week, offering excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities

Lead, motivate, and support a team of fabrication/welding operatives

*

Ensure production schedules and deadlines are achieved

*

Monitor quality control and maintain high manufacturing standards

*

Enforce health & safety policies and procedures

*

Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste

*

Report on performance, output, and any operational issues

Requirements

*

Proven experience in a fabrication, welding, or similar manufacturing background (essential)

*

Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred

*

Strong understanding of production processes and workflow management

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
