We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join our Children's Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills, dedication, and experience will have a direct impact on children and young people across the county.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality social work services to children, young people, and families.

* Undertake assessments, develop care plans, and lead interventions to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

* Work as part of a multi-agency team to support families and ensure positive outcomes.

* Contribute to decision-making processes with clarity and professionalism, ensuring the child's voice is heard.

* Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development and best practice.

Essential Experience & Skills:

* Substantial experience of working with children, young people, and families in a social care setting.

* Proven experience in Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures.

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with professionals across agencies.

* A clear record of positive decision-making under pressure and in complex situations.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Requirements:

* A recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree, DipSW, or equivalent).

* Registration with Social Work England.

* Enhanced DBS clearance
