About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting children's development through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. You'll contribute to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

* Plan and implement creative, child-centred activities

* Support children's emotional, social, and physical development

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and team members

* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

* A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

* A kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children

* Solid understanding of the EYFS and child development

* Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
