Premier Recruitment Group is partnering with a prestigious legal firm based in Pembury, Kent, renowned for its excellence in legal services. We are seeking an experienced and driven Partner-level Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to lead their conveyancing department.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Head of Conveyancing, you will play a key leadership role within the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the conveyancing department, ensuring the team meets targets and delivers high-quality service.
Supervising and mentoring a junior conveyancer, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional development.
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
Driving the development and implementation of departmental strategies and processes to ensure continued growth and compliance with legal regulations.
Ensuring the highest standards of client care, while maintaining and building strong relationships within the local property market.

Requirements:

Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 6 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
Proven leadership experience within a conveyancing team or department.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
Excellent mentoring and team leadership skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in case management systems and IT tools.
Attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
