Cover Supervisors - Warwickshire

Daily rate: £90.00 - £120.00
Working hours: A standard school day usually runs from around 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some variation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
- Maintain an orderly and productive classroom environment.
- Lead by example, offering guidance and support to fellow cover supervisors.
- Promote positive behaviour, keeping students focused and engaged.
- Assist with pastoral and administrative duties as required.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar school-based role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent classroom management techniques.
- Adaptability to new environments and student needs.
- A genuine passion for student development and education.
- A relevant qualification in education (desirable but not essential).
- A enhanced DBS Ceritifcation
