We're working with a well-established company based in South Cambridge who are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. This is a full-time, permanent position that is undertaken in the office and offers a fantastic working environment.

Duties will include:

* Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email

* Processing customer requests

* Posting products to customers

* Addding data to the CRM system

* Supporting the wider team with general administration

The successful candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude

* Strong attention to detail

* IT proficiency

* A friendly and approachable manner with a proactive mindset
