Telesales Advisor

Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a leading marketing company within the Long Eaton area and they are looking to recruit for a Telesales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis (part time roles are also available)

Hours: Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 16:00

Salary: £20,820 + bonuses

Duties will include:
* Making outbound b2b calls, contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the services on offer.
* Following up leads over email
* Answering any queries about the service or company
* Aiming to attract relevant organisations to promote their businesses within the range of healthcare publications.
* Understanding customer requirements with a view to closing sales

About you:
* At least 1 years of sales experience.
* Solid work history within customer service
* Previous experience working within a busy office environment
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication skills
* Good skills with the MS packages - Word, Outlook, Excel
* Highly approachable with good interpersonal skills
* Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
* Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements.
* Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
