Working on complex, landmark infrastructure and urban regeneration projects, with the highest design quality and the latest in digital innovation?

This award-winning international architecture and urban design practice is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to shape how projects are delivered across the UK and internationally. You'll report into a Global Digital Lead, working closely with design and technical teams to raise the bar on BIM, coordination, automation and information management.

If you're a Revit-obsessed problem solver who enjoys mentoring others, driving standards, and getting large multidisciplinary teams pulling in the same digital direction, this could be a very natural next step.

Package:

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience)
Hybrid working (minimum three days in the studio)

Hours: Full-time (40 hours a week), Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6pm (Hybrid Available)

Duties:

Lead implementation of BIM standards, QA/QC and model coordination across projects
Manage federated models and smooth information exchange between disciplines
Mentor and support project teams in BIM best practice and digital skills
Champion automation, scripting and open BIM workflows (IFC, COBie, Speckle, etc.)
Integrate computational and visualisation tools to improve efficiency and design quality
Collaborate with design and leadership teams on digital strategy and innovation 

Requirements:

Degree Qualified, or equivalent, in a relevant field (BIM Management, Architectural Technology, etc.)
Experience delivering large, multidisciplinary projects in a BIM environment (circa 5+ years)
Advanced Revit and Navisworks skills, with strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and CDE workflows
Confident preparing and managing BEPs, EIRs and related digital documentation
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Awareness of Bentley platforms, Dynamo/Grasshopper/Rhino.Inside
Familiarity with real-time visualisation tools (e.g. Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal)
Great communication and leadership skills, confident liaising with various teams and reporting to Directors
