Seeking a full-time Bookkeeping/Accounting Assistant that will handle the following tasks..
- Extensive bank and credit card reconciliation
- Mathematical accuracy.
- Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in accounting or other records.
- Assist with report-generation.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and immediately reports all financial concerns or problems.
- Managing files, and maintaining perfect records.
- Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents
- Provided administrative support to management team other staff members, as needed.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains or similar accounting software required.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to manage large amounts of data in an organized fashion.
- Ability to work under strict time-lines.
- Organized and Punctual.
- Courteous & professional attitude.
- Self-motivated individual and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems.
- Requires diplomacy and good independent judgment. Must deal with sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills.
- Must have at least 3 years relevant experience.
