We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Advisor to join the team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role supporting the company's hiring and talent acquisition activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment processes from agency liaison, job posting to offer stage

* Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities

* Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases

* Schedule interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey

* Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activity

* Provide ad hoc recruitment administration and reporting

* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional with:

* Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing, ideally within a fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Strong organisational and time-management abilities

* Experience with Microsoft Office

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

* A positive, customer-focused approach
