Join an outstanding Special Educational Needs school in Kempston as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, where you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, and other complex profiles.

Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs? Are you looking to deepen your impact and take the next step in your career in Kempston - either within education or towards a clinical support role?

Your Role as an SEN HLTA:

Deliver targeted academic and behavioural interventions, 1:1 and in small groups
Lead and support learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff and therapists
Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education and behaviour plans
Foster emotional regulation, independence, and positive engagement in learning

What We're Looking For:

HLTA Status (Level 4 or equivalent qualification)
Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally in specialist settings
A calm, reflective, and proactive approach to behaviour and communication support
A genuine interest in professional development and SEN best practice
