Design and Technology Teacher required from September 2025 - full-time, permanent

Deliver Product Design and/or Engineering to KS3 and KS4

A forward-looking and ambitious school in Fareham is seeking to appoint a Design and Technology Teacher to join their Technology and Innovation Faculty. This full-time position will involve teaching DT across KS3 and KS4, with an emphasis on practical learning, problem-solving, and cross-curricular creativity.

The school has undergone significant investment in its DT provision and now features two large workshops, a CAD suite, and an advanced manufacturing space. The department offers pathways in Product Design, Engineering, and Systems & Control, and enjoys excellent results at GCSE.

You'll be part of a supportive team committed to expanding the school's STEM offer, encouraging student-led design projects, and promoting sustainability and innovation.

Experience and Qualifications
• DT degree (or Engineering/Architecture) with QTS
• Confidence teaching a range of materials and processes
• CAD/CAM or electronics experience desirable
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented and safety-conscious
• Right to work in the UK
