The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Bite Beauty, KVD Vegan Beauty, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Ole Henriksen, Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin.


The Manager, Influencer Relations & Social will lead the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for clean and vegan beauty brand BITE Beauty. They will coordinate all aspects of influencer and artistry outreach activities including personalized gifting, event planning, partnerships and networking. The Manager will also assist with social media initiatives, including but not limited to planning and managing photoshoots and social content, staying ahead of industry trends, and managing reporting needs. The incumbent has exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated success identifying industry trends and building strong relationships. They will be a strong communicator, as they will need to communicate and balance priorities and requests from multiple brands. The dynamic person will have experience in the beauty industry and well-versed in social marketing. Requires up to 15% travel.


  • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including framing the campaign strategy, curating talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations and reporting 
  • Responsibly represent the brand and manage relationships with all influencer partners, talent managers, media and contacts at each social network 
  • Manage the influencer budget
  • Coordinate influencer and PR samples/mailers and maintain the PR gifting list
  • Capture and track organic influencer content
  • Manage and grow ambassador program 
  • Recommend social content marketing plans to be executed in partnership with influencers, and partner with the Digital team to track results of influencer content 
  • Assist Associate Social Media Manager with photoshoot and content creation management and strategy
  • Be an expert with social tools (such as Traackr, ListenFirst, and Dash Hudson)
  • Provide organized reporting and impactful recaps and presentations
  • Be a strategic thought partner and leader in Social Media 
  • Assist social media team in other areas as needed


  • 4-6 years of experience in principles and practices of social media, event planning, and influencer marketing
  • College degree or equivalent experience related to Marketing/PR/Events
  • Passion for beauty/cosmetics; experience in the industry is a plus
  • Experience with Social Media Management platforms and Social Listening Tools (e.g. Traackr, ListenFirst, DashHudson, LoudCrowd)
  • A keen eye for on-brand partnerships and social engagement tactics
  • Strategic, proactive and supportive qualities
  • Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable
  • Ability to manage multiple programs in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Ability to manage up and communicate effectively on projects
  • Capable and driven to quickly learn new technologies and continually upgrade current skill set
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
