Description
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime payments efficiently.
- Handle queries related to payroll, tax codes, and employee benefits professionally.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax and National Insurance contributions.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in payroll processing.
