We are supporting a well-established international manufacturer and distributor of high-quality connectivity products in their search for a Production Operator to join their team in Welham Green.

The Role

As a Production Operator, you’ll work across a variety of manufacturing and warehouse processes. Duties will include:

• Picking, packing, reeling, palletising and cutting
• Checking picking lists and stock accuracy
• Printing labels and updating the ERP system
• Supporting the production of electronic assemblies
• Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Electronics qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds) 5 GCSEs (desirable)
• Interest in electronics/technology with ability to read diagrams/drawings
• Experience in warehouse/stock control & ERP systems S
• trong IT skills with attention to detail
• Organised, deadline-driven, and quality-focused
• Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 quality systems (advantageous)
• Problem-solving mindset with an aptitude for improvement

Standard:

• Mon–Thu: 07:30–16:30
• Fri: 07:30–12:30

Alternative shift options (production & distribution staff):

• Mon–Thu: 06:30–15:30, Fri 07:30–12:30
• Mon–Thu: 07:00–16:00, Fri 07:30–12:30
