Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-supported primary school in the Vale of Glamorgan to recruit a part-time Primary Teacher.

The RoleAs a part-time Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
- Planning and preparing lessons in collaboration with your year group team
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those requiring additional support
- Establishing and maintaining strong behaviour management strategies in a short period of time
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel supported and motivated
- Contributing to staff meetings, planning sessions, and school initiatives where required
