As a Desktop Support Specialist at FRISCO TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS you will support fellow colleagues by ensuring they are operating at peak efficiency. · You’ll have opportunities to help and resolve IT related issues reported by colleagues

· After receiving reported issues you’ll prioritize and resolve them and escalate to senior resources when needed

· By listening and helping fellow colleagues understand their IT related issues, you’ll build great relationships

· Using your outstanding attention to detail you will document all relevant discussions and steps taken while helping to resolve problems

· You will have endless opportunities to discover knowledge via online resources and create useful knowledge base articles for the team

Required Skills / Knowledge:

· Experience servicing and repairing laptop and desktop hardware

· Experience identifying and resolving moderately complex and advanced problems by applying documented procedures or researching the issue

· Experience with Windows 10 troubleshooting, imaging and configuration

· Experience with Microsoft Office troubleshooting

· Experience with Microsoft Active Directory management and administration

· Experience with Microsoft Office365 and Exchange Online management and administration

· Experience with Microsoft Exchange server with SPAM and email security

· Experience using enterprise OS imaging solutions

· Experience with VoIP phone system administration and troubleshooting

· Experience with TCP/IP networking and VLANs

· Familiarity with PowerShell

· Experience working in Windows Server 2012& 2016 with RSAT

· Experience updating and creating documentation and knowledge base articles

Education / Previous Experience:

· 3+ years’ experience paired with relevant secondary education and/or industry certifications

Work Conditions:

· Professional office environment

· Up to 5% travel may be required

· Ability to lift and move at least 25 pounds
