I am working with an innovative and growing business based in Blackpool, and they are looking to recruit a proactive Credit Controller to take ownership of their customer accounts and play a key role in maintaining a healthy cash flow.

Your Role

As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for:

Managing the collection of outstanding payments from customers
Taking a proactive approach to reduce aged debt
Building strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments
Monitoring customer credit limits and ensuring adherence
Resolving queries quickly and professionally
Working closely with internal teams to support the credit control processThis is more than just chasing payments - it's about maintaining positive customer relationships while keeping accounts up to date.

The successful Credit Controller will be

Proven experience in a Credit Control role (minimum 2 years)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
