Key responsibilities:

Supervise lessons in the absence of teachers, delivering pre-prepared plans

Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment

Support students of varying abilities and provide additional guidance as required

Give feedback on student progress, behaviour, and engagement

Uphold school policies as a positive and professional role model to students

Work flexibly across different subjects and year groups

What we're looking for:

Confidence in leadership

Experience in promoting positive behaviours

Strong organisational and communication skills

Adaptability across a variety of school/subject settings

A genuine passion for education and student development

Experience working with children or young people

Based in, or able to commute to, Amersham, Buckinghamshire
