The Role - Store Manager

As Store Manager, you will have full accountability for store performance, sales, and operations. You will lead your team, drive results, and maintain exceptional retail standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Taking full accountability for sales, KPIs, and store performance
Leading, motivating, and developing a high performing retail team
Ensuring outstanding customer experience and service standards
Managing stock, presentation, and operational excellence
Controlling payroll, budgets, and resources

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in retail
