We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Sales Ledger Clerk to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales ledger professional looking for flexible, part-time hours.

Please note, the role is currently based in Warwick but will relocate to a new office in Coventry from September, so flexibility to travel to both locations is required.

• Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Managing the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded

• Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining up-to-date records

• Chasing outstanding payments and supporting credit control activities

• Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts

• Investigating and resolving invoice queries and discrepancies

• Assisting with month-end processes related to sales ledger

• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required

• Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role

• Good understanding of invoicing, cash allocation, and credit control processes

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines

• Competent user of Excel and finance systems

• Flexible working pattern across 2-3 days per week (approx. 19 hours)

• Office-based role with a supportive team environment
